Home Made Cheeseburger

Recipe:

1 Grass-fed Beef Patty

1/4 Stick of Butter

1 tsp Powdered Onion

1 tsp Powdered Garlic

Freshly ground black pepper

Pinch of Celtic Sea Salt for taste

Heirloom Tomato

Freshly grated cheese - blend is best

Red or White Onion Chopped - sauté or raw

1 Cristal Burger Bun

Fresh Jalapeno for spice


*Grill beef patty - skillet or a grill. Toast bun. Slice up tomato, chop onion and jalapeno. Grate cheese. Once burger is cooked to liking add cheese and let it melt, then place on the bun,. On the other half of bun add mayo, mustard, ketchup, jalapeno, tomato, onions and lettuce. 


Rotisserie Chicken

Recipe:

1 Organic Regenerative Farmed Chicken

4-5 Sticks of Butter

1 tsp Powdered Onion

1 tsp Powdered Garlic

Freshly ground black pepper

Pinch of Celtic Sea Salt for taste


*Dry chicken thoroughly, place on cooking rack. In a separate skillet melt the butter. Generously brush the chicken with the butter and add onion, garlic, and salt. Bake in oven for 30min at 420. Remove chicken, apply more butter. Bake for 30min at 400. Remove chicken, apply more butter, apply black pepper. Bake for 15min at 400. Remove and let it cool. 


Split Pea Puree

Recipe:

1 Pound Organic Dry Split Peas

1 Organic large onion - diced

2 Organic medium carrots - peeled and chopped

2 Organic stalks of celery - chopped

3 Organic cloves garlic - smashed or minced

3 Organic sprigs of thyme

1 Organic fresh ginger - peeled and minced

6 cups Organic, Pasture Raised Chicken Broth

1 Organic Ham Bone / extra thick bacon / pancetta(Optional)

Freshly ground black pepper

Pinch of Celtic Sea Salt for taste


*Place all ingredients in a slow cooker on high for 4-5 hours OR on low for 6-8 hours. 


Egg Frittata

Recipe:

6 Organic Pasture Raised Eggs

1 cup Organic Ricotta

2 cups Veggies - any

Pinch of Celtic Sea Salt for taste


*Whip eggs together first. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Pour into cast iron skillet Or mini cups to make individual servings. Place in oven for 10min on 400. 


Blistered Shishito Peppers

Recipe:

8-10 Organic Shishito Peppers

1 tbsp Avocado Oil

Pinch of Celtic Sea Salt for taste


*Rub peppers with oil. On a cast iron skillet set to high place peppers and let them blister. Turn over to blister on opposite side. Sprinkle salt. 


Mediterranean Sardines

Recipe:

5-6 Wild Caught, Cold Water Sardines

1 cup Microgreens

2 tbsp Sundried Tomato & Olive Tapenade

1 tbsp Olive Oil or Spicy Oil

Optional: Fire Hook Baked Crackers Garlic and Thyme Organic Mediterranean Baked Crackers


*Mix all ingredients together


Spicy Edamame Salad

Recipe:

5 cups Edamame

2 cups Red Cabbage - Shredded

1 Cucumber - Smashed and Minced

1/4 cup Green Onion - Thinly sliced and chopped

1 tbsp Organic Sesame Seeds

1 tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil

1 tbsp Chili Oil

1 tbsp Momofuku Black Truffle Chiili Crunch

1 tbsp Bragg Organic Coconut Amino Acids


*Boil and Shell Edamame - once cold add all other ingredients


Slow Cooker Chicken Soup

Recipe:

1-2lb Organ Pasture Raised Chicken Breast

1 Yellow Onion Chopped

4 Garlic Cloves Minced

2 tbsp Butter

1 cup Carrots chopped

4 Celery stalks chopped

1 cup Mixed Mushrooms

1 Zucchini chopped

7 cups Chicken Broth

2 stalks Rosemary

2 stalks Thyme

1 Tsp Dried Oregano

1/2 tsp Salt - to taste

1/2 tsp Pepper - to taste

1 Jalapeno - If you like it spicy


*Add all ingredients to the crockpot. Cook on high for 4 hours. 

Slow Cooker Turkey Chili

Recipe:

1-2lb Extra Lean Ground Turkey

2 tsp Extra Virgen Olive Oil

1 Yellow Onion Chopped

3 Garlic Cloves Minced

1 Medium Red Bell Pepper Chopped

4 tbsp Chili Powder

2 tsp Ground Cumin

1 Tsp Dried Oregano

1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper

1/2 tsp Salt

1 Can Diced or Crushed Tomatoes (28oz)

1 1/4 Cup Chicken Broth

2 Cans Dark Red Kidney Beans (150z) Rinsed and Drained

1 Jalapeno - If you like it spicy


*Add all ingredients to the crockpot. Cook on high for 4 hours. 

Swedish Breakfast Buns

Low Carb, High Fiber, Gluten Free Buns


Recipe:

3/4 Organic Almond Flour - Bob's Red Mill

1 tbsp Flax Seeds

1 tbsp Sunflowr Seeds (Shelled)

2 tbsp Psylliium Husk Powder

2 tpbs Olive Oil (Extra Vrgin)

1/2 tsp Celtic Sea Salt

2 Eggs - Organic Pasture Raised

1/2 cup Sour Cream or Creme Fraiche


*Preheat Oven to 400 degress

*Mix Almond Flour, Seeds, Syllium, Salt and Baking Powder in a bowl.

*Add Egss, olive oil and sour cream. Fold it in carefully. Let sit 5 min.

*Cut into 4 pieces, shape into balls, put in individual muffin tins. 

*Bake for 20-25min

Eggs In a Nest

Scrumptious Challah Bread, Egg, Bacon and Cheese Sandwich


Recipe:

Two Slices Challah Bread - cut a hole in the middle big enough for the egg to rest

1 Egg - Organic Pasture Raised

1 Slice of Bacon - Organic

1 Piece of Cheese - We used Seaside Caramelized Onion Cheddar

2 pats Butter per slice


In a Cast Iron Skillet toast both sides of the Challah Bread with butter. Once nicely toasted add egg on one and bacon & cheese on the other slice. Put together and enjoy!
